Oculoplastic surgery

Dynamic reconstruction of periocular tissue is one of the newest methods as a complete and combination treatment that I offered to my patients.

It consists of 3D periocular scanning with a special simulator to evaluate all sorts of procedures for the face to make a better and more realistic decision based on the personal desires of the patient. Then the combination of Dynamic reconstruction treatments will be planned for the best result.

These treatments include Non-incisional CO2 laser blepharoplasty or minimal invasive blepharoplasty (Mini-Bleph) as a non-invasive and non-surgical new procedure based on laser rejuvenation of upper and lower lid skin using continuous-wave CO2 laser with shorter operative and recovery times and more natural outcomes, and no scarring compared with traditional surgical techniques.
This treatment could be offered as a combined approach with other treatments such as periocular IPL and RF treatment. IPL can be effective in treating the signs of periorbital skin aging. This system was initially employed to treat vascular lesions.

Using various optical filters was also shown to be effective in skin rejuvenation and reduction of wrinkles and unwanted pigmentation. Radiofrequency (RF) tissue tightening was developed to create thermal effects in the dermis without external cutaneous wounding with resultant dermal collagen remodeling and secondary skin tightening and rhytid improvement.

We offer this Dynamic reconstruction treatment to our patients and whenever it is necessary to indicate a surgical blepharoplasty, we do this procedure with CO2 laser incisions with fewer side effects and post-operative hematomas and faster recovery time with combined post-operative Autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to obtain better and faster suture line healing.
